Verify fixes before you close the ticket
A change is only done when the live website shows it. Verification rescans compare the new result with the previous report.
How verification works
- Open the report and choose Verify Fix.
- NeoShield scans the same website again after you confirm authorization.
- Each finding gets a recorded outcome: resolved, partially resolved, still present, or unable to verify (for example when the website is unreachable or the scan times out).
- A finding is only marked resolved after a verification scan confirms it. If it returns later, it is reopened with the regression date, and the earlier evidence is kept.
Why it matters to clients
Clients can see that the issues you reported were fixed and checked, not just marked done.
