Compare access and included allowances
Choose the access level that matches your workflow. The allowances below are the limits enforced by the platform.
- Daily allowances reset at 00:00 and are counted per tool, so one tool cannot consume another tool's allowance.
- Monthly allowances are per calendar month and reset on the 1st. They are not tied to your pass start date.
- Reset times use the server timezone (UTC).
- Team allowances are counted per user. Each included user receives the listed amounts, and they are not shared across the organization.
- Unused included allowance does not carry over. Purchased add-on credits do carry over and are only used after the included allowance is exhausted.
Three-Year Pro Access
¥29,800 for three years of individual Pro access. Fixed-term access for exactly 1095 days. Tax included.
This is fixed-term individual Pro access, not a lifetime licence. The access period starts after payment confirmation and ends after the exact number of days shown. It does not renew automatically.
Managed Defensive Security
For organizations that need guided security support. Scope, service boundaries, support options, pricing, and response targets are agreed in writing after a security-needs review.
Invoice billing (請求書払い, 銀行振込) is available for Team and Managed Defense.
Optional usage add-ons

Secure payment and activation
Checkout is completed on Stripe-hosted pages, so NeoShield does not receive your card details. Access is granted only after the payment is confirmed and verified.
You stay in control of renewal
There is no recurring subscription to cancel. A paid pass ends automatically, and you decide whether to purchase another access period.
While a pass is active, buying the same plan again is not offered, so you are never charged twice for overlapping access. Early-supporter renewals are the exception: they extend from your current expiry date, so no paid time is lost. Moving from Pro to Team is available at any time, and your Pro pass keeps its own expiry date. There is no proration, and Team already includes everything Pro provides.
Important service limitations
NeoShield provides AI-assisted defensive security tools. It does not replace a professional penetration test, certified security audit, or legal and compliance advice. Use it only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to assess.
After your payment is confirmed
Your account receives the purchased access after Stripe confirms the checkout session. Your dashboard shows the active plan, remaining allowances, and exact expiry date.
When a paid pass expires, the account returns to the Free plan. Eligible account data remains available according to the retention policy, although paid features and Team workspace access become unavailable while no pass is active. Read the retention policy.
Support NeoShield and receive fixed-term Pro access
An eligible donation can include a fixed period of individual Pro access as a thank-you for supporting NeoShield. The exact duration is displayed before payment and starts after confirmation. Team features are not included.

Pricing and billing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes all 20 core security tools with no plan-based usage quota, plus 3 AI analyses per tool per day. Reasonable technical and abuse-prevention limits apply. No credit card is required.
Is this a subscription?
No. Pro and Team are prepaid access passes. You pay once for a fixed number of days. You stay in control of renewal, and there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
How long does a pass last?
Exactly as long as the label says. A 30-day pass gives 30 days and a 365-day pass gives 365 days, counted in days rather than calendar months. The clock starts once your payment is confirmed.
What happens if I buy another pass while one is active?
While a pass is active, buying the same plan again is not offered, so you cannot pay twice for overlapping access. How do add-on credits work?
Credits are used only after your included allowance is exhausted, one credit per operation, and they do not expire. NeoShield never buys another pack for you and never charges you automatically. If you run out of both allowance and credits, the operation is declined until you choose to buy more.
What happens when my pass expires?
Your account returns to the Free plan. Eligible account data remains available according to the retention policy, although paid features and Team workspace access become unavailable while no pass is active. Purchasing another pass restores access.
Is NeoShield a replacement for a professional audit?
No. NeoShield provides AI-assisted defensive security tools that help teams identify, understand, and prioritize potential risks. It does not replace manual penetration testing, a certified security audit, or professional legal or compliance advice.
