- Do not abuse quotas, attempt to bypass plan limits, or disrupt the service for others.
Defensive purpose
NeoShield Security is a defensive platform. No model-authored code is executed on our servers, and features are intended for protecting and assessing your own assets. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.
Plans, billing & refunds
- A free tier is available with usage limits. Paid plans (Pro, Team, Founder) unlock higher limits and are billed through Stripe in Japanese yen.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the current period. See the pricing page for current terms.

AI features
AI-assisted features are provided to support analysis and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. Always apply human review before acting on AI output; you remain responsible for decisions made using the platform.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Security tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities or breaches. To the extent permitted by law, NeoShield Security is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
