How payments work
Stripe-hosted checkout
Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted page and never touch our servers. We keep only a Stripe reference, amount, status, and receipt email.
Prepaid passes, no auto-renewal
Every paid plan is a prepaid access pass. It does not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel — access ends at the end of the period unless you buy again.

What data NeoShield stores
- Your account email, sign-in timestamps, and role.
- Plan and entitlement records (which plan, add-on balances, start and expiry).
- Payment reconciliation records from Stripe (reference, amount, status, receipt email).
- Security-relevant activity logs (sign-ins, errors, rate-limit triggers) for a limited window.
What data NeoShield does not store
- Card numbers — handled entirely by Stripe.
- Passwords — sign-in is code-based; one-time codes are kept only as a short-lived salted hash.
- Input to offline tools — processed in memory and never logged or stored.
How AI tools handle data
Least-data requests
AI features are powered by the Anthropic Claude API. We send only the content needed for that one request — not your email or IP.
Untrusted by default
AI output is treated as analysis to review, not fact. You stay responsible for decisions made with it.
No model-authored code execution
NeoShield never executes model-authored code on its servers. AI produces text you read and act on — it does not run as logic on our infrastructure.
Offline tools process input in memory
The offline analyzers (hashing, header checks, secret/PII scanners, JWT and phishing analyzers, and similar) process what you paste in memory only. They do not log, store, or transmit your input.
Support expectations
- Free users: best-effort support.
- Pro users: email support, with a response aimed within 2 business days.
- Team users: priority email support.
- Support does not replace emergency incident response, legal advice, a certified audit, or a managed SOC. See the support page.
Product limitations
NeoShield reduces risk and speeds up analysis, but it cannot guarantee that your systems are secure or free of vulnerabilities. It is a security lab and toolkit — not a replacement for manual penetration testing, a certified audit, or professional legal/compliance advice. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
Responsible use
NeoShield supports defensive and authorised security work only. Use the tools on systems you own or are explicitly permitted to assess. Attacking third-party systems, exfiltrating data, or bypassing controls you are not authorised to test is prohibited.

Use least-data by default. Offline tools process input in memory and do not store it, and we send AI features only the content needed for that one request. Still, avoid submitting secrets or data you are not authorised to analyse.

Access simply returns to the free tier at the end of the period. Your account and history remain; buy again to restore Pro or Team features.
